We want you to love your handmade floral creations, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unused and unopened merchandise. Please note that due to their custom nature, dyed flowers and clearance items are final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Package Your Flowers

  Carefully place the unused wood flowers in their original packaging to ensure they remain protected and undamaged during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
